Our Foundation

At Regents Classical School, our work is grounded in forming the affections so we shape not only what students know, but who they become.

Mission

Regents Classical School exists to form students in wisdom, virtue, and eloquence, maturing them into men and women who know, love, and faithfully serve Christ.

Vision

We envision a school community where students are formed to love what is true, good, and beautiful. From this foundation, they are trained to think clearly, speak persuasively, and live faithfully, bearing wise and courageous witness to Christ in their families, churches, and communities.

Through a shared pursuit of truth and a culture of joyful discipline, Regents cultivates graduates who are prepared for lives of learning, service, and leadership in this world and the next.

Philosophy of Education

These convictions shape the life and work of Regents Classical School.

Regents Classical School is committed to the formation of the whole person–mind, body, and soul–under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We believe that education is the cultivation of wisdom through the ordering of the affections toward what is true, good, and beautiful.

Drawing from the liberal arts tradition and the great works of Western civilization, our curriculum and pedagogy train students to observe carefully, think clearly, and express themselves with eloquence, forming habits of attention, discipline, and delight in learning.

At the heart of this classical education is the conviction that virtue is formed through the cultivation of habits and the shaping of affections. Therefore, we guide students in the development of character, recognizing that what they love will ultimately shape how they live.

While we labor faithfully, we trust that true transformation is the work of God. We depend upon the Holy Spirit to draw students into a living relationship with Christ and seek to cultivate an environment in which that growth is nurtured.
